Orders
Orders are confirmed based on product availability, delivery serviceability, and successful payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation.
Product Variation
Each hamper is assembled by hand. Product placement, ribbon, filler, flower, or packaging details may vary slightly from photos while preserving the overall value and style.
Payments
Enabled payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and Razorpay. Online payment references are stored for order verification and support.
Shipping
Delivery timelines depend on location, courier availability, payment status, and seasonal order volume. Please provide accurate contact and address details.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. Custom, personalized, or bulk orders may not be cancellable once preparation has started.
Returns
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Personalized, perishable, or custom-branded hampers may not be returnable unless incorrectly fulfilled.
